Returns and Refunds Policy for WaySign.com

At WaySign.com, we stand behind the quality of our ADA signs and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@thomasb163.sg-host.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by WaySign.com. To request a return, please email us at support@thomasb163.sg-host.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom orders unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to receive a refund, please contact us at support@thomasb163.sg-host.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. Shipping
